About FinBursa
FinBursa is a front-office investment management platform for private markets, combining FinBursa 360 with a connected professional distribution network through FinBursa Access. FinBursa 360 connects Investment CRM, Deal Management, Fundraising, Virtual Data Rooms, Client Portals, Listing and AI through shared context and a shared data model. FinBursa Access extends that environment to opportunity discovery and distribution across a network of professional investors and private market participants.
FinBursa 360 is built for private equity, venture capital, investment banking, advisory firms, family offices, syndicates and capital networks, and other private market firms with similar investment, transaction, fundraising and relationship workflows. FinBursa Access is built for professional and eligible investors, founders and other capital seekers, fund managers, investment banks, advisory firms and lead syndicates.
FinBursa 360 is the intelligent front office for private market firms: a private, configurable environment for managing relationships, investments, transactions, fundraising, asset sales, documents and external collaboration. FinBursa Access is the connected professional opportunity discovery and distribution network, where investors can discover opportunities and firms or capital seekers can distribute them. The two environments are connected through the FinBursa platform.
Yes. FinBursa 360 and FinBursa Access are connected within the same platform. FinBursa currently operates in English. Additional language support is on the product roadmap.
No. FinBursa is a technology platform. It does not provide investment advice, execute transactions, act as a broker or placement agent, or charge success fees on transactions completed through FinBursa Access.
FinBursa 360
FinBursa 360 is the intelligent front office for private markets. It connects Investment CRM, Deal Management, Fundraising, Virtual Data Rooms, Client Portals, Listing and ALF through shared context and a shared data model. This allows relationships, transactions, documents, fundraising activity and external collaboration to remain connected rather than being managed across separate systems.
FinBursa 360 is built for private equity firms, venture capital funds, investment banks, advisory firms, family offices, syndicates and capital networks, as well as other private market firms operating similar investment, transaction and capital workflows. The platform is configurable around different operating models rather than requiring firms to follow a fixed process. Explore FinBursa for Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Advisory Firms, Family Offices, and Syndicates & Capital Networks.
Standalone CRM, deal management and VDR products typically address individual parts of the front office. FinBursa 360 connects CRM, transactions, fundraising, VDRs, portals, distribution and AI through shared context and a shared data model, allowing relationships, documents and activity to remain connected as work progresses from one workflow to another.
No. Virtual Data Rooms are built directly into FinBursa 360. Firms can create VDRs for deals, mandates and other workstreams without purchasing a separate VDR product or entering into a separate VDR contract for each process.
FinBursa 360 connects directly to FinBursa Access through the Listing module. Firms can extend selected opportunities beyond their existing relationships through Access, while investors, opportunities and relationships originating through Access can be brought into the relevant FinBursa 360 workflows for continued engagement.
Yes. FinBursa 360 supports white-labeling, allowing firms to apply their own brand identity to relevant external-facing environments and portals.
Yes. Investors, clients, advisors, investees and other counterparties can collaborate through controlled external environments without requiring access to the firm's entire FinBursa 360 workspace. Access is governed through granular permissions and audit controls.
FinBursa 360 is designed to scale with the firm. It can support emerging managers and boutique advisory firms as well as larger private market organisations. Configuration, user numbers and commercial terms vary according to the firm's requirements.
Modules
Deal Management
Yes. Intake forms, workflow stages, tasks, responsibilities, milestones and required information can be configured around the firm's own investment or transaction process rather than a fixed template. Tasks and activities can also remain connected to CRM records, deals, campaigns, mandates and team members.
FinBursa Deal Management is designed to replace standalone pipeline spreadsheets and trackers. Configurable intake forms collect deal information in a structured format based on the firm's own requirements. Teams then work from the same live deal record as the opportunity progresses through configurable stages, tasks, responsibilities and milestones. Documents, activity and CRM relationships remain connected throughout the process, while permitted internal and external participants can collaborate directly within the workflow.
ALF works within the context of each deal to support research, analysis, document review, reporting, recommendations, risk identification and next-action signals. ALF operates within the permissions of the user accessing it. Investment decisions, approvals and sign-off remain with the firm's team.
Yes. Investors, advisors, clients and other counterparties can be brought into controlled deal workflows and portals with access limited to the information and actions relevant to them.
Investment CRM
Investment CRM is structured around private market relationships and activity rather than a generic sales process. It connects investors, founders, clients, counterparties, companies, investments, transactions, campaigns and relationship history within the same environment used to execute the firm's work.
Yes. Investment CRM integrates with Outlook for email and calendar activity. Users control what they sync, allowing relevant emails, meetings and activity to be captured against the appropriate CRM records and helping teams keep relationship history up to date without having to maintain it manually.
Both. Connected activity can be synchronised from Outlook based on the user's preferences, while teams can also add information directly within FinBursa. This allows firms to maintain relationship history across contacts, companies, meetings, deals and campaigns without requiring every interaction to be logged manually.
Yes. CRM access follows the FinBursa 360 permission framework, allowing relationship and company visibility to be controlled according to role, team, deal, mandate or other relevant access requirements.
It stays connected. Relationship context carries directly into deal, fundraising, listing and other FinBursa 360 workflows without requiring information to be recreated in separate systems.
Virtual Data Rooms
FinBursa 360 includes unlimited Virtual Data Rooms within the same operating environment. Firms can create dedicated VDRs for deals, mandates, stages or other workstreams without a separate per-deal or per-VDR contract. VDR usage is subject to the data storage included in the applicable plan.
Yes. Investors, advisors, clients and other counterparties can access permitted VDR content through controlled external environments without requiring a FinBursa 360 user licence. Applicable collaborator limits depend on the firm's plan.
Permissions can be controlled by user and folder, including the ability to manage viewing, downloading, uploading and administrative access. Firms can also apply controls including watermarks, download restrictions, access expiry and access revocation.
Document and permission activity is recorded to provide firms with visibility into how VDR content is accessed and managed. This includes relevant document views, downloads, sharing and permission activity together with associated user and access information.
It is connected. Documents, permissions and access activity can remain linked to the relevant deals, mandates and relationships rather than being managed in an isolated data room product.
Fundraising
Yes. FinBursa supports campaign setup, investor or buyer pipeline management and progression through capital raises and asset sale processes within the same operating environment.
Yes. Firms can manage multiple fundraising or sale processes in parallel, with each campaign maintaining its own pipeline, participants, activity and associated deal environment.
Campaign activity remains connected to the same CRM and relationship records used elsewhere in FinBursa 360. This allows investor engagement, communication, commitments and related activity to stay connected to the firm's broader relationship history.
A fundraising or asset-sale process can be extended to FinBursa Access through the Listing module. Investors who engage with an opportunity can become Listing Leads within the relevant workflow, allowing the firm to review the engagement and continue the process through its FinBursa 360 environment.
Listing
The Listing module creates and manages the structured opportunity, including its presentation, visibility, qualification process and associated content. Extending that Listing to the FinBursa Access network is a separate and optional distribution step.
Yes. A Listing can be used with the firm's existing investors, buyers and counterparties without being extended to FinBursa Access. Distribution to the Access network is optional.
Investors and buyers can express interest or request access to additional information. The firm reviews each engagement and remains in control of whether to respond, continue discussions or grant access to sensitive material.
Yes. Listing activity remains connected to the relevant relationships, deal workflow and associated information rather than existing as a standalone opportunity page.
Client Portals
Client Portals are secure, invite-only and permission-controlled environments through which investors, clients, investees, advisors, deal providers, buyers, sellers and other counterparties can interact with the firm. Each participant only sees the information and actions they have been granted access to, while all activity remains connected to the same operational context used internally by the firm's team.
No. External collaborators are invited by the firm to access dedicated portals and do not require a FinBursa 360 licence. The number of collaborators that can be invited depends on the firm's plan.
Yes. Client Portals can be white-labeled using the firm's own brand identity so external participants engage within an environment presented by the firm.
The Investor Portal gives invited investors and LPs a secure, branded and permission-controlled environment for ongoing communication with the firm. Firms can share monthly or quarterly reports, fund updates, documents, notices and other information directly through the portal, with each investor seeing only the content made available to them. Investor activity remains connected to the firm's underlying CRM, fundraising and relationship records.
Firms can invite portfolio companies, sellers, deal providers, advisors, buyers and other counterparties into secure, branded and permission-controlled portals. Each participant sees only the information, documents and actions made available to them, while their activity remains connected to the relevant relationships, deals and workflows inside FinBursa 360.
Reporting & Analytics
FinBursa 360 provides reporting and analytics across the platform, including executive dashboards for Deal Management, Fundraising and Asset Sales. Firms can monitor activity and performance across deals and processes by criteria such as region, asset class, workflow, team, owner and other relevant dimensions. Advanced reporting can be configured around the firm's own requirements, including specific metrics, data views and output formats. FinBursa also maintains a full platform audit trail, providing visibility into who performed an action, what was changed and when, to support governance and oversight.
Storage is allocated according to the applicable FinBursa 360 plan. Specific storage allocations are confirmed as part of the firm's commercial package and onboarding.
FinBursa Access
FinBursa Access is FinBursa's connected professional opportunity discovery and distribution network. It connects professional and eligible investors with firms, founders and other capital seekers distributing primary and secondary private market opportunities. FinBursa does not act as a broker, financial advisor or placement agent and does not charge success fees.
FinBursa Access is a professional network for approved participants. These can include institutional and professional investors, family offices, founders, fund managers, investment banks, advisory firms, syndicates and other eligible private market participants. Participants apply for access and undergo relevant identity and eligibility screening before full access is granted.
No. FinBursa Access is intended for professional, institutional and other eligible investors rather than retail investors. Eligibility requirements depend on participant type and applicable jurisdiction.
No. FinBursa does not act as a broker, placement agent or financial intermediary, does not execute transactions and does not provide investment advice through FinBursa Access. FinBursa does not charge success fees or take a percentage of transactions completed through the network.
No. FinBursa performs identity and eligibility screening on participants as part of the Access admission process. It does not conduct investment due diligence on behalf of investors and does not endorse, recommend or provide investment advice regarding opportunities listed on the network. Investment analysis, due diligence and investment decisions remain the responsibility of the investor.
FinBursa Access supports primary and secondary private market opportunities across different asset classes, sectors, stages and geographies. These can include private equity, venture and growth investments, private companies, funds, real assets and other private market opportunities.
Yes. FinBursa Access can support secondary opportunities including private company shares, LP interests, GP stakes and other private market secondary positions.
Investors choose which opportunities they want to explore and initiate engagement themselves. Capital seekers do not use FinBursa Access to send unsolicited direct outreach to investors through the network. Regulatory requirements vary by jurisdiction and transaction, and participants remain responsible for complying with requirements applicable to them.
Capital seekers first complete the applicable participant verification process. Once approved, they can create a structured opportunity profile and organise supporting information, including sensitive documents made available through controlled access. FinBursa provides the infrastructure for presenting and distributing the opportunity but does not perform investment due diligence or endorse the opportunity.
Sensitive information can be placed behind controlled access. An investor seeking access submits the applicable request and NDA. The capital seeker reviews the request and decides whether access should be granted. The capital seeker remains in control of sensitive information throughout the process.
Expressing interest indicates that an investor wants to engage with the opportunity. Requesting data room access is a separate request to review sensitive material and may require completion of an NDA. The capital seeker reviews each request and decides whether to respond or grant access.
Yes. Investors can browse available opportunity information without their identity automatically being disclosed to each capital seeker. Identity is shared when the investor chooses to engage with a specific opportunity where required for that interaction.
Expressing interest does not create a commitment or transaction. The capital seeker is notified of the investor's interest, after which the parties decide whether and how to continue the conversation. Access to sensitive information remains subject to separate approval where applicable.
Minimum investment amounts are defined for each opportunity by the relevant capital seeker, subject to any applicable platform requirements. The applicable minimum is displayed on the individual opportunity.
Opportunity information distributed through FinBursa Access is made available within the professional Access environment rather than being publicly distributed as an open retail investment marketplace. Sensitive materials and detailed information can remain subject to controlled access.
No. Firms already operating on FinBursa 360 can extend selected Listings to FinBursa Access through the connected platform without recreating the underlying workflow.
Yes. The connection works in both directions. Firms can distribute selected opportunities through Access while also discovering opportunities, relationships and potential mandates originating within the network and bringing relevant ones into their FinBursa 360 workflows.
FinBursa Access is designed for cross-border private market participation and supports participants across multiple regions. Access remains subject to participant eligibility, the specific service being used and applicable requirements in the relevant jurisdiction.
The FinBursa Investor App is available on iOS and Android in selected markets across Europe, the GCC and Asia. Availability varies by country. Identity and eligibility verification is required before full platform access is granted.
ALF — Operating Intelligence
ALF is the agentic AI of FinBursa 360: a team of specialised agents operating across the firm's relationships, deals, documents, campaigns and workflows. ALF combines market intelligence with firm and individual context to surface insights, recommendations and next actions within each user's permissions.
ALF is built natively into FinBursa 360. It operates across Investment CRM, Deal Management, Virtual Data Rooms, Fundraising, Listing and Portal workflows using the shared context and data model of the platform rather than functioning as a separate AI tool or standalone chatbot.
ALF includes specialised agents designed around different areas of the platform and the work performed within them, including Deal Management, Campaign and Research agents. Agent availability depends on the applicable FinBursa 360 plan and configuration.
ALF Skills are configurable AI executions designed to perform specific tasks using the context available within FinBursa. A Skill defines what ALF should do, how it should execute the task, which information it should use and how or where the resulting output should be delivered.
ALF Skills can be configured to execute a broad range of knowledge-based tasks that can be defined through instructions and supported by the context available to the user. Examples include reports, financial models, investment memos, market research, news and insights, meeting minutes, follow-up actions, portfolio updates, document analysis and other firm-specific outputs.
Yes. ALF Skills are configurable rather than limited to a fixed library of predefined tasks. Firms can define the objective, instructions, execution process, required context and expected output, allowing ALF to perform repeatable work according to the firm's own requirements.
Yes. Firms can configure how ALF executes specific tasks, including the information it should use, the steps it should follow, the analysis it should perform and the format or destination of the output. This allows repeatable workflows to follow the firm's own methodology rather than a generic AI process.
ALF operates within the permissions of the logged-in user. It can work with the relationships, deals, documents, campaigns, portfolio information and activity available to that user, while information outside the user's permissions remains inaccessible.
ALF can combine three levels of intelligence: external market intelligence from configured sources, including news and subscription feeds; firm-level intelligence from information within the firm's FinBursa environment; and individual workflow context based on the information and permissions available to each user.
No. Firm data is not used to train shared AI models. ALF operates within FinBursa's permission, security and data-governance controls. Further information on AI data handling and security is available through FinBursa's Security & Data Protection documentation.

The screening determines platform eligibility and does not constitute investment due diligence or endorsement of a participant or opportunity.
FinBursa Access is intended for institutional, professional and other eligible investors rather than retail investors. Eligibility depends on participant type and applicable jurisdiction. Participants undergo the relevant identity and eligibility screening before receiving full access.
