Vincent brings experience across corporate strategy, operating models, financial technology and business operations, with a career spanning global payments, consulting and international growth.

Before joining FinBursa, he worked in strategy and operations at Visa across Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa, covering business planning, organisational design, resource allocation, product strategy, pricing and commercial execution. His work included aligning strategic initiatives with growth priorities, determining where to invest people and budget, and improving operating efficiency. Earlier in his career, he worked across strategy, corporate development and new ventures at Accenture, Planet and Urbanomy. He also serves in advisory roles supporting entrepreneurs and organisations on growth and revenue strategy.

At FinBursa, Vincent leads company-wide strategy and operations, aligning people, resources and execution around the company's priorities. His remit spans operating model and planning, commercial growth, partnerships, financial and operational performance, and the infrastructure required to scale the business.
