FinBursa is committed to giving private capital firms a better operating environment for increasingly complex markets, relationships and transactions. We bring relationships, transactions, documents, collaboration and intelligence into one environment so teams can focus more of their time on the work that requires judgment.
We are a small team working across private markets, technology and AI. The work is substantive and the decisions are real. We operate with a strong emphasis on judgment, ownership and quality of execution and we are looking for people who hold themselves to the same standard.

Working at FinBursa
Working in product at FinBursa means being close to the problem from the beginning. We spend a lot of time understanding how private market teams actually work, where processes break down and what should be simpler. What I value most is being able to take that understanding, shape the product around it and then see people use what we have built in their day-to-day work.
Quality is not just about finding something that does not work. It is about understanding how a user expects the platform to behave and making sure the experience holds together across the details. At FinBursa, that means working closely with the team, questioning assumptions and being comfortable speaking up when something can be better.
At FinBursa, you are given meaningful responsibility early. One day you can be speaking with a client about how they run a process, the next working with the team on how the platform should support it. That exposure across clients, product and the business as a whole creates a steep learning curve, but it also means you can see the impact of your work very quickly.
Customer success gives you a very direct view of whether what we build is actually making a difference. You work with clients as they adopt the platform, understand how their teams operate and bring their feedback back into FinBursa. I like that the relationship does not end when a client signs. That is where a lot of the real work begins.
What makes the work interesting is that the conversations we have with clients are rarely just about software. They are about how firms operate, where information gets lost and what could work differently. You learn quickly because you are close to the market, close to the product and able to bring what you hear directly back into the business.
In a small company, supporting the leadership team gives you visibility across almost everything that is happening. The role goes well beyond managing schedules. It is about keeping priorities moving, anticipating what people need and creating enough structure for the team to stay focused as the company grows. I enjoy being in a role where good organization has a very visible effect on how everyone works.
