Rawad brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, financial technology and product development, with a career spanning complex financial systems, technology leadership and venture innovation.
Before joining FinBursa, he was a founding partner at RAMS Services and previously served as Chief Technology Officer at the UK Lebanon Tech Hub, where he led technology initiatives, advised startups and scale-ups, and conducted technical due diligence for venture capital firms. He spent nearly 11 years at Murex, progressing to Principal Software Engineer and leading the development of high-performance infrastructure supporting enterprise risk and front-office calculations.
At FinBursa, Rawad leads the technology organisation and platform architecture and is the architect behind ALF, FinBursa's agentic AI. He is responsible for translating FinBursa's vision for a connected, intelligent private market front office into secure, scalable technology.
